What measures are we taking to ensure customer safety?
We are monitoring the situation closely and are taking precautionary measures including:
- Ensuring drivers sanitize their hands before and after all deliveries
- Daily sanitization of all Atlantic locations, including our warehouse & offices
- Temperature checks for Atlantic delivery drivers, warehouse staff, and all Atlantic employees
Are orders still being shipped?
Orders are currently being shipped as usual.
Are there any delivery delays expected?
We’re working closely with our service providers to ensure that you get your order on time but due to the restrictions imposed there can be some delay.
Do we have the option to return or exchange orders?
Return & Exchange of orders is available. You can do it by visiting the Returns & Exchanges section on our website. Our service providers are trained to follow regulations and social distancing guidelines when picking up returned items.
